DESCRIPTION:Notre partenaire\, le CMAP\, propose pour la première fois une session intensive de formation à l’arbitrage OHADA\, à Paris\, sur 4 jours consécutifs\, du 29 août au 1er septembre 2016. Destinée à un public francophone venant de pays et d’horizons différents\, cette formation permettra d’acquérir les bonnes pratiques de l’arbitrage dans l’espace OHADA. \nLe développement des Modes Alternatifs de règlement des litiges en Afrique ne se dément pas et les projets actuels de réformes portant sur l’arbitrage et la médiation au sein de l’OHADA ne feront qu’accélérer le phénomène. \nAfin de répondre aux nombreuses demandes qui lui ont été faites\, le CMAP propose pour la première fois une session intensive de formation à l’arbitrage OHADA. Cette formation se déroulera à Paris sur 4 jours consécutifs\, du 29 août au 1er septembre 2016. Destinée à un public francophone venant de pays et d’horizons différents\, cette formation permettra d’acquérir les bonnes pratiques de l’arbitrage dans l’espace OHADA. \nAnimés par deux praticiens de l’arbitrage OHADA\, Me Olivier Cuperlier\, avocat au barreau de Paris\, Médiateur et Arbitre\, et M. Hugues Kenfack\, Professeur des universités et spécialiste de l’arbitrage OHADA\, ces 4 jours de formation constitueront également un lieu d’échanges incomparables sur les différentes pratiques des MARC en Afrique. \nA l’issue de la formation\, vous pourrez vous inscrire à un module optionnel de certification vous permettant de présenter votre candidature à notre Commission d’arbitrage afin de devenir arbitre agréé par le CMAP. \nArticle d’origine

DESCRIPTION:Our partner\, CMAP\, is offering for the first time an intensive OHADA arbitration training session in Paris\, over 4 consecutive days\, from August 29 to September 1\, 2016. Intended for a French-speaking audience from different countries and backgrounds\, this training will enable them to acquire good arbitration practices in the OHADA area. \nThe development of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Africa is continuing and the current plans for reforms in arbitration and mediation within OHADA will only accelerate the phenomenon. \nIn order to respond to the many requests made to it\, the CMAP is offering for the first time an intensive training session on OHADA arbitration. This training will take place in Paris over 4 consecutive days\, from August 29 to September 1\, 2016. Intended for a French-speaking audience from different countries and backgrounds\, this training will enable them to acquire good arbitration practices in the OHADA area. \nLed by two OHADA arbitration practitioners\, Olivier Cuperlier\, a lawyer at the Paris Bar\, Mediator and Arbitrator\, and Hugues Kenfack\, University Professor and OHADA arbitration specialist\, these 4 days of training will also provide an incomparable opportunity for exchanges on the different practices of ADR in Africa. \nAt the end of the training\, you will be able to register for an optional certification module allowing you to apply to our Arbitration Commission to become a CMAP approved arbitrator. \nOriginal article
