DESCRIPTION:Chers adhérents et amis de l’Institut Afrique Monde (IAM)\, \nToute l’équipe de l’IAM a le plaisir de vous convier à sa prochaine causerie\, organisée Vendredi 21 Juin 2019\, de 17h à 19h30 en Salle Arrupe\, \nAu 42 Rue de Grenelle\, Paris 75007. (Métro : Lignes 10/12 Sèvres Babylone\, Ligne 12 Rue du Bac) \nLe thème de cet événement sera : « Enseignement du fait religieux\, laïcité et dialogue interreligieux : regards croisés en France et en Afrique de l’Ouest« . \nA travers le monde\, les crises et conflits liés à la religion sont récurrents\, et les initiatives des Etats\, des autorités religieuses\, des organisations internationales ou encore de la société civile se multiplient pour tenter d’endiguer le phénomène en encourageant le dialogue en faveur du vivre ensemble et de la paix. Par une série d’études et d’actions entreprises depuis plus d’un an\, l’Institut Afrique Monde tente d’apporter un éclairage sur l’ensemble des questions liées à l’interreligieux et au vivre-ensemble. Conscient de l’importance de l’enseignement du fait religieux aux individus\, de la définition et du respect de la laïcité par les Etats en Europe et en Afrique\, face aux défis des extrémismes\, du repli sur soi et du terrorisme\, l’IAM donne la parole à l’occasion de cet événement aux acteurs et aux spécialistes de ces thématiques. \nA cet effet\, nous recevrons : \n \nLe Docteur René NOUAILHAT \nProfesseur des universités\, historien des religions\, enseignant au Sénégal et en France\, spécialiste de l’enseignement du fait religieux\, fondateur de l’Institut de Formation à l’Etude et l’Enseignement des Religions au Centre Universitaire Catholique de Bourgogne\, organisateur de sessions de formation pour les enseignants de France et d’Outre-mer\, auteur de nombreux ouvrages sur l’histoire des religions et l’enseignement du fait religieux. \n \nLe Père Basil SOYOYE \nMissionnaire nigérian de la Société des Missions Africaines (SMA) de Lyon\, Directeur du Carrefour des Cultures Africaines\, missionnaire formateur et séminariste en Egypte\, au Bénin\, en France organisateur de camps de formation de la jeunesse au dialogue interreligieux au nord du Nigéria et au Niger\, auteur de nombreux articles sur l’interreligieux et le danger de la montée des extrémismes de tout bord.

DESCRIPTION:Dear members and friends of the Africa World Institute (AMI)\, \nThe entire IAM team is pleased to invite you to its next conference\, organized on Friday\, June 21\, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the Arrupe Room\, \nAt 42 Rue de Grenelle\, Paris 75007. (Metro: Lines 10/12 Sèvres Babylone\, Line 12 Rue du Bac) \nThe theme of this event will be: « Teaching of the religious fact\, secularism and interreligious dialogue: crossed views in France and West Africa ». \nThroughout the world\, crises and conflicts related to religion are recurrent\, and initiatives by States\, religious leaders\, international organizations and civil society are multiplying in an attempt to curb the phenomenon by encouraging dialogue in favour of living together and peace. Through a series of studies and actions undertaken over the past year\, the Africa World Institute seeks to shed light on all the issues related to interreligious and coexistence. Aware of the importance of teaching individuals about religion\, of the definition of and respect for secularism by States in Europe and Africa\, in the face of the challenges of extremism\, withdrawal and terrorism\, the IAM is giving a voice at this event to actors and specialists in these fields. \nTo this end\, we will receive: \n \nDr René NOUAILHAT \nUniversity professor\, historian of religions\, teacher in Senegal and France\, specialist in the teaching of religion\, founder of the Institute for the Study and Teaching of Religions at the Catholic University Centre of Burgundy\, organizer of training sessions for teachers from France and overseas\, author of numerous books on the history of religions and the teaching of religion. \n \nFather Basil SOYOYE \nNigerian missionary of the Society of African Missions (SMA) in Lyon\, Director of the Crossroads of African Cultures\, missionary trainer and seminarian in Egypt\, Benin\, France organizer of youth training camps for interreligious dialogue in northern Nigeria and Niger\, author of numerous articles on interreligious issues and the danger of the rise of extremism on all sides.
