DESCRIPTION:Sous le haut patronage de sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI et en partenariat avec le Ministère délégué auprès du Chef du Gouvernement chargé des Affaires générales et de la Gouvernance du Royaume du Maroc\, cette deuxième édition fait suite à la première conférence organisée à Praia  (République du Cap Vert) du 9 au 12 juillet 2012 sur le thème « l’Afrique réinvente sa gouvernance ».
