DESCRIPTION:Over the past 10 years\, everyone has observed the unprecedented growth in France of the think tanks phenomenon\, whose quality of expertise and influence are now recognized in the political\, economic and media fields. \nFor its 10th anniversary\, with its ever-renewed ambition and in order to start a new decade of research\, the Think Tank Observatory\, in association with Public Sénat and RFI\, invites you to meet at the Palais du Luxembourg on 4 July from 9am to 8pm for the 1st National Think Tank Conference. \nThese conferences are sponsored by two complementary personalities with exceptional backgrounds\, with a real sensitivity for think tanks and the integration of civil society in the design of public policies: \n\nKarine Claireaux\, Senator of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon\, Mayor of Saint-Pierre and President of the Bureau of the Conseil National de la Mer et du Littoral\nNicole Fontaine\, lawyer\, Doctor of State in Public Law\, former Minister and former President of the European Parliament\n\nDuring this day-long debate in a new format\, the 15 think tanks represented will be confronted with our sponsors\, institutional personalities and personalities from the French and European business world during five thematic round tables: « ecology & international affairs »\, « economy & state reform »\, « Europe & education »\, « health & digital »\, « governance & transparency in public life ». \nThis day will end with the presentation of the list of 40 organizations labelled « Think Tank » for the year 2016. \nThis label\, awarded by the Observatory following a study conducted over more than six months\, attests to the essential factors that make the legitimacy of a think tank legitimate: the regularity of its production\, the accessibility of its production\, its good governance and its financial transparency. DESCRIPTION:Ces 10 dernières années\, chacun a pu observer l’essor d’une ampleur sans précédent en France du phénomène think tanks dont la qualité de l’expertise et l’influence sont désormais reconnues dans les champs politique\, économique et médiatique. \nPour ses 10 ans d’existence\, fort d’une ambition toujours renouvelée et afin de bien entamer une nouvelle décennie de recherche\, l’Observatoire des Think Tanks\, en association avec Public Sénat et RFI\, vous donne rendez-vous au Palais du Luxembourg\, le 4 juillet prochain de 9h à 20h\, pour les 1ères Assises Nationales des Think Tanks. \nCes Assises sont placées sous le parrainage de deux personnalités complémentaires au parcours exceptionnel\, dotées d’une véritable sensibilité pour les think tanks et l’intégration de la société civile dans la conception des politiques publiques : \n\nKarine Claireaux\, sénateur de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon\, maire de Saint-Pierre et présidente du bureau du Conseil National de la Mer et du Littoral\nNicole Fontaine\, avocate\, docteur d’Etat en droit public\, ancien ministre et ancienne présidente du Parlement Européen\n\nDurant cette journée-débat au format inédit\, les 15 think tanks représentés seront confrontés à nos parrains\, à des personnalités institutionnelles et à des personnalités du monde économique français et européen au cours de cinq table rondes thématiques : « écologie & affaires internationales »\, « économie & réforme de l’État »\, « Europe & éducation »\, « santé & numérique »\, « gouvernance & transparence de la vie publique ». \nCette journée sera clôturée par la présentation de la liste des 40 organisations labellisées « Think Tank » pour l’année 2016. \nCe label\, décerné par l’Observatoire suite à une étude menée sur plus de six mois\, atteste des facteurs indispensables qui font la légitimité d’un think tank : la régularité de sa production\, l’accessibilité de sa production\, sa bonne gouvernance et sa transparence financière.
