About the author<\/strong> :<\/p>\n

Author Jean-Bernard Bruneteaux, an ICN graduate, has been responsible for all aspects of human resources management in European and Anglo-Saxon service, industrial, commercial and distribution companies. He has been working in this field for more than 30 years, 22 of them as Director, including setting up a European Human Resources Department out of a total of 40,000 people in 8 European countries and simultaneously a department in Mexico: an experience in intercultural management. He was responsible for the coordination of the communication and human resources management option at the Catholic University of Central Africa in Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon. He has also provided training for company executives in Cameroon and Tunisia.<\/p>\n
