To enlighten on the theoretical and practical level the different fields of activity of the spirit of the world of Art, Culture, the enrichment of intercultural, interreligious and spiritual dialogue; to conduct research and contribute to the publication of works. This cluster also conducts prospective monitoring on methods, techniques and tools that can be mobilized, on how to design and articulate knowledge, know-how and knowledge for action: prospective analysis, the role of culture and social activities, strategic use of information, project design and implementation and diffusion.
