The Guidance Council, composed of active members of the Association who are up to date with their contributions and who acknowledge their contributions to the Board of Directors, is set up to prepare, propose and submit action programmes to the Board of Directors for approval before implementing them.
The term of office as a director is compatible with that of a member of the Guidance Council.
The Guidance Council is headed by a Program Director ("Program Director") who reports to the President. He may be assisted, if he deems it necessary, by division managers appointed by the Board of Directors on his proposal.
The three poles are:
- Art, Culture, Religion – Spirituality, Research & Publishing
- International development, public and private governance & financing
- Education, Innovation & Communication
